Information for job applicants, including personal data processing principles.

The purpose of the processing of job applicants’ personal data is ABS Jets’ legitimate interest in recruiting new employees and your interest in becoming one of our employees.

The processing of job applicants’ personal data takes place directly in ABS Jets, a. s., registered office K Letišti 549 – Hangar C, Prague 6, 161 00, Company ID No.: 27163628 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Company”).

We obtain personal data directly from you or via employment agencies, through the provision of your CV, motivation letter and other documents required to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for the respective position.

We in particular process the following personal data:

• name and surname,
• e-mail address,
• telephone number,
• level of education and experience to date,
• photographs (if part of your CV),
• records from the selection process, or the results of professional, language and psychological tests,
• communication relating to the selection process,
• other personal data you provided to us in your CV, motivation letter or other document.
• we process the personal data for the duration of the selection process and thereafter for 3 years:
• from the end of the selection process you were involved in, or
• from the moment you express your interest in becoming an employee of our company, if you contacted us directly without a selection process having been announced.

With your consent, we may contact you with a job offer during the above-mentioned period.

After three years have passed, the company may only process your personal data on legally determined grounds; to determine, exercise or defend legal entitlements; or to prove our compliance with obligations determined by the laws of the Czech Republic.

If you conclude an employment or other contract with our company, your personal data might be handed over to third parties on legally determined or contractual grounds, including in third countries, if this is necessary for the performance of your work.

You are in particular entitled, on the basis of legislation:

• to retract your consent to being contacted regarding new jobs in the company at any time,
• to request that we supply information as to which items of your personal data we are processing,
• to request copies of your personal data being processed,
• to request access to your personal data and to have these data updated or corrected, or to request the restriction (blocking) of processing,
• to request that we delete your personal data,
• to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of any doubt as to the legitimacy of our processing of your personal data.
